Jenny’s Talk on Bag Making

On September 10th Jenny gave us an interesting, informative and amusing talk about her love of making bags.  We discovered that bags of many sizes for all purposes – not only shopping but hobbies, organisation, holidays etc. can be made from all sorts of fabrics from pretty handkerchiefs to upholstery fabric and even reusable table cloths.  Also replacing wrapping paper with fabric bags (with a reminder to the recipient to also re-use).   Everyone was inspired to go away and look at their fabric stash in a different way.
